The Baltimore Philharmonia Orchestra, Inc. (BPO) is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit, community-based all volunteer orchestra of accomplished musicians. The BPO presents the masterworks of the symphonic repertoire and popular music, to encourage the love of music. The BPO provides a series of regular concerts to the community at no cost.
 
The goals of our orchestra are: 

• Accessible Excellence: Promote the love and enjoyment of classical music by delivering high-quality concerts with all admissions free of charge to the Baltimore area communities.

• Investing in the Future: Actively support music students through the awarding of instruments and scholarships so that they may continue their studies and professional development in music.

• Broadening Our Reach: Perform inspiring season public concerts annually, including vital outreach concerts in the greater Baltimore area.

• Empowering Artists: Provide dedicated, accomplished musicians with a premier opportunity to master and perform their craft in a collaborative setting.

     The performing arts have been an integral part of society throughout the ages.  We hope to encourage the Baltimore community to take advantage of this exciting opportunity.
